Order online and pay
Pick the product, size, quantity and backing on the product page. The price updates as you go and includes VAT. Upload your logo, a photo or a sketch, or describe the idea in a sentence, and add it to your basket.
Pay by card at checkout, or choose invoice or purchase order if you are ordering for an organisation. We email an invoice when you order and start your proof once it is paid by bank transfer. Every order gets an invoice. No account needed.

Your digital proof
We redraw your artwork for production: thread or enamel colours matched to your Pantone references or your file, lettering sized so it will read at the size you chose, the edge, the shape and the backing all shown. It comes by email as a picture of exactly what will be made.
If you sent a sketch or a description, this is where you see the drawing for the first time.

Approve it, or change it
Reply with what to change and a new proof follows. There is no limit on revisions and no charge for them. Nothing is made until you approve, so take the time you need and show it to whoever has to agree.
Once you approve, the proof is what we make. Changed your mind before you approve it? Cancel and we refund you in full. Once you approve, the order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Your order is made to the approved proof and delivered. Delivery is £10 to the UK, £15 to Ireland and the EU, shown at checkout.

Send what you have. We redraw it.
A logo file is best, but a photo of a drawing or a sentence is enough to start. Everything is redrawn for production before the proof, at no charge.
Any of these, up to 25 MB
- Best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, the vector file your designer or printer has
- Fine: PNG or JPG, as large as you have it
- Also fine: a photo of a sketch, a screenshot, or an existing patch
- No file: choose "Describe my idea" and write a sentence or two
Pantone references help us match colours exactly. If you have none, we match to the file.
Every order, before the proof
- Trace low-resolution logos and sketches into clean outlines
- Turn gradients and photos into solid colours, because thread and enamel cannot fade from one colour to another
- Match each colour to a thread or enamel, and count them against what is included
- Size the lettering so it reads at the patch size you chose, and say if it will not
- For pin badges, add the metal line between every enamel colour
We suggest the other patch type on the proof if it would hold your logo better. Same price either way.

Text height is the capital letter. A long club name on a 50 mm patch usually needs woven.
What is the minimum order?
50 pieces per design for patches, badges and pin badges, then in steps of 10. We cannot go lower: 50 is what keeps the price per piece where it is. Several designs in one order are fine, each with its own 50.
Can I see the proof before I pay?
No. You order first, your proof follows by email, and nothing is made until you approve it. You can change the proof as often as you need before you approve. Changed your mind before you approve it? Cancel and we refund you in full.
What if I change my mind after I approve?
Once you approve, the order goes into production and is made to that proof. It cannot be changed or cancelled after that, so check names, spelling and colours before you say yes.
How long does it take altogether?
Your proof follows by email, then 4 to 6 weeks of making from the day you approve, then delivery. Use the deadline checker above to work back from your date.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes, for schools, clubs, companies and public bodies. Choose it at checkout. We email an invoice when you order and start your proof once it is paid by bank transfer.
What if the patches arrive with a fault?
If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault or does not match the approved proof, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We reply within 1 to 3 working days and you choose a full refund or a free remake. If we need the faulty pieces back, we pay the return postage. Our money-back guarantee.
Do you keep my design for reorders?
Yes. Reorders use the same proof and, for pin badges, the same mould, at the tier price for the quantity you reorder. Email us the order number.
