01 / Embroidered and woven
Embroidered and woven patches and badges
Both cost the same. Price per patch by size (across the widest point) and quantity. Sew-on backing and up to 7 thread colours are included; choose another backing or more colours and the grid shows the new price.

At 100 the price per patch is 40% lower than at 50; at 200 it is 55% lower, at 500 65% and at 1,000 75%. Quantities in between take the tier below them. Each design is its own line with its own minimum of 50.

Soft and hard enamel pin badges
Price per pin badge by size and quantity. Gold, silver, copper or black nickel finish, butterfly or rubber clutch, and the mould are all included. Choose a locking clutch or a magnet and the grid shows the new price.

The only things that change the price
Per piece, added to the grid price. Everything else, including the proof, the redraw and the mould, is in the price already.
Patch backings
Hook-and-loop: the hook side is sewn to the patch. Need the loop side as well? Ask us for a quote.
Thread colours, embroidered and woven
We count the colours on the proof, so you never guess.
Pin backs and finishes
Gold, silver, copper and black nickel finishes are all included.

In every price, for every product
The price in the grid is the price on the invoice. Nothing is added for artwork, proofs or tooling.
- Digital proof by email after you order, and no limit on revisions

- Mould and die for pin badges, kept for reorders
- Invoice with every order, whether you pay by card, invoice or purchase order
- Sew-on backing on patches; butterfly or rubber clutch on pin badges
- Up to 7 thread colours, any shape cut to your outline, merrowed or laser-cut edge
- Any metal finish on pin badges: gold, silver, copper or black nickel
- Your design on file, so reorders use the same proof and the same tier price
Delivery
£10 to the UK, £15 to Ireland and the rest of the EU. One flat rate per order, whatever the quantity. No customs duty or import charges to pay on delivery: we handle all of that.
Shown on the product page and again at checkout. Made in 4 to 6 weeks from proof approval, so order date plus time for the proof, plus making, plus delivery is the date to plan around. Check a deadline on How it works.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes VAT, and it is the same price whichever country you order from. Every order comes with an invoice.
Are there setup, artwork or mould fees?
No. The redraw of your artwork, the digital proof and, for pin badges, the mould and die are all in the price per piece. Delivery is the only thing added, and it is shown at checkout.
Why is the minimum 50?
50 per design is what keeps the price per piece where it is: the loom, the embroidery machine or the mould is set up once for your design, and that cost is spread across the run. We cannot go lower. Several designs in one order are fine; each has its own minimum of 50.
What if I want 150, or 320?
Any quantity from 50 in steps of 10. A quantity between two columns pays the price of the column below it, so 150 pays the 100 price and 320 pays the 200 price. The product page tells you when rounding up to the next column costs no more in total.
Can I mix sizes or designs in one order?
Yes. Each size and each design is its own line in the basket with its own minimum of 50, priced from its own column.
How long is a quote valid?
30 days. Use "Email me this quote" on any product page and the exact price and spec arrive in your inbox to share with whoever signs it off.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout, or by invoice or purchase order for organisations. We email an invoice when you order and start your proof once it is paid by bank transfer. Every order gets an invoice either way.
Do reorders cost the same?
Yes, at the tier price for the quantity you reorder, using the proof and, for pin badges, the mould we already have. Email us the order number.
