Custom enamel pin badges
Soft or hard enamel lapel pins, die-struck in metal and filled with colour, in the finish you choose. For lapels, lanyards, gifts and fundraising. Mould included, 4 to 6 weeks from proof approval.
Enamel type
Soft or hard enamel?
Textured and good value, or polished flat
Both start as the same die-struck metal. Soft enamel sits below the metal lines, so you can feel the design. Hard enamel is filled to the top and polished, so it is smooth like jewellery and costs a little more.

Is the mould really included?
Yes. The price per badge includes the die and the mould, so there is no setup fee and nothing extra on the invoice. Reorders use the same mould.
How many colours can I have?
As many enamel colours as your design needs, at no extra cost, matched to Pantone. Every colour needs a metal line around it, which is why we redraw your logo with those lines before the proof.
Can I have gradients or photos?
Not in enamel. Solid colours only, each separated by metal. For photos or gradients, ask us about printed badges.
How do I stop pin badges falling off?
Choose a locking clutch: it needs a squeeze to release, so it cannot work loose on a lanyard or uniform. Butterfly clutch is the standard and is included, rubber clutch is softer and quieter, and a magnet leaves no hole in the fabric.
Are these the same as lapel pins?
Yes. Enamel pin badges, lapel pins and lapel badges are the same product: a die-struck metal badge with a pin back. We say pin badges because that is what most UK buyers call them.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Each design is its own line in the basket with its own minimum of 50 and its own mould, included.
