Custom velcro patches with hook-and-loop backing
Custom velcro patches made to your design, embroidered or woven, 50 to 100 mm, from 50 pieces. The hook side is sewn to the back of every patch, so it fastens to any loop panel and moves between jackets, vests, bags and caps. Hook-and-loop adds £0.60 a patch: from £1.09 each at 1,000, VAT included. Order online, approve your digital proof by email, and they are made in 4 to 6 weeks.

How much do custom velcro patches cost?
A 70 mm embroidered or woven patch on hook-and-loop is £2.65 each at 50, £1.52 at 200 and £1.11 at 1,000, VAT included. The estimator above prices any size and quantity.
Is the hook-and-loop backing genuine VELCRO brand?
It is hook-and-loop fastening, often called velcro. The hook side is sewn to the patch. Need the loop side for your kit as well? Ask us for a quote.
Will it stick to my jacket?
The hook side fastens to a loop panel, the soft fuzzy side, which most tactical vests, plate carriers, workwear and some bags already have. It will not hold on ordinary fabric. If the garment has no loop panel, choose sew-on or iron-on backing instead, or ask us about the loop side.
Can velcro patches be washed?
Take hook-and-loop patches off before the wash. The patch itself can be washed by hand, but the hook side picks up fluff in a machine.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 50 per design, then in steps of 10. If you need one or two patches, a single-piece maker will suit you better.
Embroidered or woven for a velcro patch?
Embroidered for bold shapes and the textured tactical look. Woven when the patch carries a name, a role or small lettering, because it holds text down to 3 mm.
How long do custom velcro patches take?
Allow time for the proof, 4 to 6 weeks of making from the day you approve it, and time for delivery. Put your date into the checker on How it works and it tells you the day your proof needs approving.
Can you make PVC velcro patches?
Not online yet. Ask us for a quote and we reply by email with a price.
