Can you make our force or service crest?
Only with written authority from the organisation that owns it. Most orders are original designs for a station, watch, crew, team or charity, which need no permission.
Is the hook-and-loop backing genuine VELCRO brand?
It is hook-and-loop fastening, often called velcro. The hook side is sewn to the patch. Need the loop side for your kit as well? Ask us for a quote.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Choose it at checkout and we send an invoice to the station, service or trust. We email an invoice when you order and start your proof once it is paid by bank transfer.
Can we order several roles in one go?
Yes. Each wording is its own design with its own minimum of 50. Where only the wording changes, say so when you order and we draw the set together on one proof.
Do subdued or single-colour versions cost more?
No. Up to 7 colours are included, so a subdued version is the same price. Each colourway is its own design of 50.
How long does it take?
Your proof follows by email, then 4 to 6 weeks of making from the day you approve it, then delivery.
